Biography Joris Mencke
It was never my intention to become a Keynote Speaker. As a teenager, I wanted to become a professional tennis player. I was ranked fifth in the Netherlands and was well on my way. Yet, ten years later, I woke up in an office, in the Corporate Communications department to be precise, literally in the form of a panic attack.
That’s when I decided to change course. Together with my wife, I cycled from Mongolia to India. On my bike, I had one question with me: if everything is possible, what would I want to do with my life? Keynote Speaker was the answer.
Back in the Netherlands, I delved into Change Strategy. Why do some organizations succeed in their plans, while others do not?
Today I am one of the most booked and best-rated speakers in the Netherlands and I speak from the Zuidas to Zeeland. From ABN AMRO to Bol.com and from Education to Healthcare.
